hidden=\"false\"><p>Projektom se razvija sustav za napredno vo\u0111enja procesa kristalizacije aktivnih farmaceutskih tvari. U sklopu projekta ure\u0111en je laboratorij opremljen najsuvremenijim spektrometrijskim mjernim ure\u0111ajima i sustavom za razvoj naprednog vo\u0111enja procesa. Primjenom procesne analiti\u010dke tehnologije (PAT-a), razvijaju se modeli i algoritmi za vo\u0111enje procesa uz pripadaju\u0107i softversku podr\u0161ku za integraciju sustava. Rezultat projekta bit \u0107e sustav koji omogu\u0107uje kontinuirano pra\u0107enje i optimalno vo\u0111enje procesa kristalizacije. Modularnom strukturom sustava omogu\u0107it \u0107e se njegova primjena na \u0161irokom spektru &#8211; od istra\u017eivanja do prijenosa tehnologije u industrijsko mjerilo. Prijavitelj projekta je Fakultet kemijskog in\u017eenjerstva i tehnologije (FKIT), a partner je poduze\u0107e MKP d.o.o.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-tab-title elementor-tab-mobile-title\" aria-selected=\"false\" data-tab=\"2\" role=\"tab\" tabindex=\"-1\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-1962\" aria-expanded=\"false\">Cilj istra\u017eivanja<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-1962\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"2\" role=\"tabpanel\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-1962\" tabindex=\"0\" hidden=\"hidden\"><p>Cilj istra\u017eivanja je razviti napredne metode vo\u0111enja procesa \u0161ar\u017ene kristalizacije i oformiti tim eksperata koji \u0107e provoditi primjenska istra\u017eivanja za industriju. Istra\u017eivanjem \u0107e se razviti laboratorijski sustav za napredno vo\u0111enje \u0161ar\u017ene kristalizacije. Pojedine procesne veli\u010dine (koncentracija otopljene tvari, raspodjela veli\u010dina \u010destica, polimorfija) pratit \u0107e se primjenom procesne analiti\u010dke tehnologije (PAT) izvedbom kemometrijskih i empirijskih modela. Na temelju kalibracijskih modela projektirat \u0107e se napredno vo\u0111enje procesa temeljeno na kontinuiranom mjerenju klju\u010dnih procesnih veli\u010dina (UV\/VIS, FTIR, FBRM, Raman). Svrha je razviti metode vo\u0111enja procesa koje omogu\u0107uju stalni nadzor i vo\u0111enje procesa, a time i dobivanje kristalnih produkata \u017eeljenih
