From February 30-31, we visited Professor Botond Szilagyi from the Budapest University of Technology and Economics. On the first day of the visit, the Professor held a workshop focused on crystallization modeling and control. The Professor explained in great detail the methods for solving population balance equations and demonstrated the implementation in Matlab. The next day was reserved for visiting other research groups working closely with Professor Szilagyi. We used the opportunity to exchange research experience and possible collaboration topics for the future.
